T.O.P comeback: Nana stars in new MV, reveals fitness tips

T.O.P comeback marks the rapper Choi Seung-hyun’s return as a solo artist after 13 years, with a new full-length album, ANOTHER DIMENSION(多重視角), and a lead single whose MV features model and actress Nana (Im Jin-ah).

T.O.P comeback brings Nana into the MV spotlight

T.O.P (Choi Seung-hyun) released preview photos for the single and its music video ahead of the full MV drop, showing the two stars close and embracing in high-fashion frames. The images underline a 13-year solo hiatus and the promotional push around the new record.

Nana, known for Mask Girl, draws attention for her physique

Nana (Im Jin-ah) is already familiar to international viewers for her role in the Netflix series Mask Girl. Her tall, long-legged proportions and screen presence made the MV pairing with T.O.P an immediate talking point.

Unconventional morning habit: ghee butter

Nana told a Korean variety program she sometimes starts her day by eating a piece of butter on an empty stomach, and she specifically recommended ghee, clarified butter that removes milk solids. She said the practice helps stabilize blood sugar and soothes digestion.

Her overall approach favors a low-carbohydrate, high-fat pattern, and she said a small pinch of salt can make the butter easier to take. Nana framed the routine as one element of a broader, disciplined diet strategy rather than a quick-fix gimmick.

Zero-equipment home exercises and stair lunges

Nana has said she keeps to a strict exercise habit, going to the gym when she can and doing bodyweight work at home. She told interviewers she does at least 100 squats or 100 sit-ups each night to maintain muscle tone and core strength.

Build a habit of holding in the lower belly

For a flatter lower abdomen, Nana recommends keeping the spine straight and the core gently contracted while standing or sitting. She pairs that posture work with diaphragmatic breathing to tighten the abdominal muscles and help reduce subcutaneous and visceral fat.

Balanced eating and lots of water

Nana does not appear to practice extreme dieting, but she said she favors balanced meals and shifts to a lower-salt, lower-fat plan before shoots to reduce bloating. She avoids processed foods and eats mostly natural ingredients.

She also said she drinks about 5 liters of water a day, roughly 1.3 gallons, as part of her routine to promote metabolism, reduce water retention, and support skin health.
